So, I've been looking at my life from a different perspective lately. I've been seriously considering what I want to do. So far, I'm studying just because I enjoy the subject - I don't think I want to go into research or lecturing or anything like that, though. I just want to do something with my life that'll make me happy. Something I can be content with doing, and that's not completely out of my reach...

I'm no great writer, or artist, or photographer, and I have no perseverence for those things, so I won't be living off those things, naturally. As for other things I enjoy... I don't know. It'd have to be something I find worthwhile, too.

I've lost quite a bit of my interest in Japan recently, as well, and I'm pretty sure that I don't want to go on the JET program anymore. Not sure though. Teaching sounds quite fun.

I think I might like becoming a teacher.
